An enquiry was held into the start and the possible withdrawal of Commit No Nuisance (IRE), ridden by Callum Shepherd.
The rider and the Starter were interviewed and shown recordings of the start.
It was found that Commit No Nuisance (IRE) was not deemed to have started as the gelding became very fractious in the stalls, dislodging Shepherd, who was therefore not mounted when the start was affected and Commit No Nuisance (IRE) was withdrawn.
Following the race, Tom Queally reported that Admodum (USA), placed third, was hampered by the loose horse turning in.
