The Raceday privilege request in relation to Beheld (GB), trained by Roger Charlton, was late being submitted.
Charlton was warned as to his responsibility to ensure that all Raceday privilege requests are submitted before 1pm on the day before racing.
Approaching the final ½ furlong, Invincibly (IRE), placed second, shifted right-handed momentarily as Beheld (GB), placed third, edged left-handed, causing Excel Power (IRE), placed fifth, to be checked in its run, but after viewing a recording of the incident, it was found that no riding offence was involved and that it had not improved the placing of Invincibly (IRE) or Beheld (GB).
Following the race, Oisin Murphy reported that Beheld (GB), placed third, jumped right-handed from the stalls and also hung right-handed.
