Approaching the final hurdle with a circuit to go, Sean Bowen, the rider of Our Zebo (IRE), being concerned that Our Zebo (IRE) may have suffered an injury, pulled up and in doing so caused interference to the winner, Slate Lane (IRE), and Time For Joy (IRE), unplaced, but after viewing a recording of the incident, it was found that no riding offence was involved.
Following the race, Sean Bowen reported that Our Zebo (IRE), which was pulled up, lost its action.
The Veterinary Officer reported that a post-race examination of the gelding failed to reveal any abnormalities.
