O'Shea wins opener
I didn't think she was good enough to win today as there looked to be a few good horses in the race. I thought the track would suit her. We have her in a flat race on Monday in Ballinrobe so we'll probably go there next.
Dunleavy scores with Caheenlea
He has been very unlucky and he deserved to win here today, he's been knocking on door for awhile now. He won his point to point first time out at Belclare last season. We will bring him to Galway for a novice hurdle. I think he's entitled to have his chance after that.
Steve Capall wins for Meade
We're delighted he's after winning. He was wearing blinkers for the first time this evening and they seemed to have made all of the difference.
Jackson wins aboard Dark Arctic
I'm delighted he's won as we've had a lot of seconds lately. The horse's are flying at the moment. He will probably go to Galway next for the amateur handicap.
Piano Star lands another Midlands National
The ground probably suited him better this year. He loves this type of ground and unfortunately he just never got it in the past year. He ran very well in three mile hurdle at the Punchestown Festival and he's been running on the flat lately. He will now take his chance in the Galway Plate.
Mullins gain another bumper success
He's a nice horse and he loves the quick ground. He will probably go jumping now. He's a brilliant jumper.
