Rules or Rules of Racing and that have not won a race other than one race value not more than €12500 Weights - 11st 7lbs ;Fillies allowed 5lbs ; Penalties - Winner of a race 7lb extra Riders - Qualified Riders under I.N.H.S. Rules. Riders will receive allowances under Rule 52 (iii) except that riders who claim the 7lb allowance will not be allowed to ride in this race.
