The Raceday privilege request in relation to Sir Maximilian (IRE), trained by Ian Williams, was not submitted.
Ian Williams was warned as to his responsibility to ensure that all Raceday privilege requests are submitted before 1pm on the day before racing.
An enquiry was held to consider interference entering the first bend involving Sir Maximilian (IRE), placed sixth, ridden by Elisha Whittington; Lord Of The Lodge (IRE), placed third, ridden by Harrison Shaw and the winner, Revolutionise (IRE), ridden by Marco Ghiani.
Shaw was suspended for 2 days for careless riding as he angled his mount left-handed towards the rail when not sufficiently clear of Revolutionise (IRE), crowding the gelding onto SIR MAXIMILLIAN (IRE), causing Whittington to check on the rail.
Following the race, Sean Levey reported that Beat Le Bon (FR), placed fifth, ran too freely.
