Under the provisions of Rule 90, the Stewards ordered the withdrawal of Nell's Well, trained by Sean O. O'Brien, as the vaccinations did not conform with the provisions of Rule 91. Furthermore they informed the trainer that Nell's Well would be ineligible to run until the error is corrected to the satisfaction of the IHRB Veterinary Officer and any period of suspension imposed has expired

Rules or Rules of Racing that are EBF eligible Weights - 4-y-o 11st 6lbs ;5, 6 and 7-y-o 11st 9lbs ; Riders - Qualified Riders under I.N.H.S. Rules Professional Riders under I.N.H.S. Rules (other than Apprentices) who have not lost the right to claim the 7lb allowance under Rule 52 (iii) (up to and including 28th December) may also ride in this race.
