Dissociate another nice prospect for Twomey
She did what I expected the first day and she had a setback the last day, she came in lame afterwards. She's had her time off and we're back now. She split Agartha and Jim Bolger's filly (She's Trouble) on her first start over six which was plenty short for her. She's a filly that probably appreciates a bit of soft ground and it was trainer error running her on very fast ground in the middle of the summer. I think she'll progress well to three. I'd say she'll start early because she likes a bit of soft ground. She's a nice filly and has always been very uncomplicated.

Slatterys' bottom weight wins the nursery
I was disappointed with him in Leopardstown. I put a pair of visors on him and I don't think they even really worked today. He's very babyish and doesn't travel through a race. Hopefully he'll improve from that, we'll let him off now for the year. He gets through that ground, I had him in Galway yesterday but I didn't think the track would suit him given the way he travels. I came here for the better race. If he starts to travel a bit better in his races he will go on from here and I'm just putting that down to being babyish, hopefully that's it.
Raise You too speedy for Amateur Derby rivals
He did it well and John gave him a peach of a ride. I don't think they went overly quick early and the one thing the horse did today was settled very well because he can be a bit keen. He won over a mile-and-a-quarter as a three-year-old in England and he really kicked clear there and did it well. It opens up things a bit more. I thought for a lad that has only been riding six or eight months that he gave him a beautiful ride. It's great for the family, that's what it's all about, and it's a good way for them to finish the season.
Tip Of The Spear strikes for Kinirons
We were delighted with that. We half expected that the first day, we fancied him as he works very well. His work was brilliant and Billy had done a lot of work with him. I was disappointed at Punchestown and I think our horses weren't running 100 percent for the past eight weeks. Fair play Alan Creighton from the Equine Centre and a few of the vets as they pulled together and I think we've got to the bottom of it. We freshened them up and we have a few nice ones to run, into the all-weather. I'd say this is a proper horse, you can see him there he's still very green and he's a big raw horse. We train here on the Curragh and on his work at home he's a black-type horse. He's a big horse and I'd say he'll improve a ton. We'll probably put him away now and I think we'll have a right horse for next year.
Meade provides Neil Ryan with first winner
I'm so thrilled for the young lad because he rides all the work at home. He's been with me all last season and he's a smasher. He served his time with Kevin (Prendergast) as an apprentice. I'm sure he'll get a few rides now over the winter on the all-weather after that. He's a grand chap, a lovely lad, who works hard so I'm delighted for him. It's amazing as everyone has ridden him. Colin (Keane) has ridden him I don't know how many times to be second and Chris (Hayes) has ridden him to be second. He's in the sales next week but whether he goes or not now I don't know.
Donovan's sprinter has the winning habit
She loves it here, she was a bit disappointing in Navan the last day but we were probably drawn wrong. Joe took his time on her and gave her a grand ride again today. She's brave and battled away there. I'm delighted with her, she's tough and the one thing about is she's game. She doesn't take much out of herself with the racing but I think that's about it for the season now as we've no place else to go. I'm delighted for Tom (Egan), he bought her after the breeze-ups and she's been lucky for him. If we could get a few more like her it would keep the show going.
