An enquiry was held to consider interference on the approach to the second last hurdle, when Get Out The Gate (IRE), placed third, ridden by Callum Bewley, interfered with Chica Buena (IRE), placed second, ridden by Brian Hughes.
Bewley was suspended for 8 days for improper riding as he intentionally rode across to his right causing interference to Chica Buena (IRE) after the third last hurdle, and again approaching the wings of 2 out.
Following the race, Henry Brooke reported that Irish Roe (IRE), placed seventh, was never travelling.
Irish Roe (IRE) was routine tested.
