The Stewards enquired into an incident on the final bend involving Three Thirds, ridden by Mr D.T. McGrath, placed fifth and Vic's Little Miss, ridden by Mr R. Deegan, placed sixth, where it appeared that Vic's Little Miss collided with Three Thirds. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were of the opinion that both riders had contributed to the incident and therefore cautioned each rider to ride with more care in the future and did not take any further action
