The Stewards requested a report from Harry Fry (in GB), trainer as to the apparent improvement in form of Unowhatimeanharry (GB), placed first, as compared with its recent run. Harry Fry reported that his charge never travelled on his previous run in Aintree, and a change in tactics for today's race aided his charge and brought about an improvement in form. Having considered the evidence the Stewards noted the explanation offered.
