The Stewards enquired into an incident approaching the third last fence involving Misdflight, ridden by D.G. Hogan, Ard Cregg, ridden by M.P. Fogarty, and Not For You, ridden by D.N. Russell. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were of the opinion that the incident was accidental and took no further action. M.A. Enright, rider of Taboo trained by P.J. Rothwell, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount stopped quickly.
