John Bridger was informed that any future similar behaviour from the mare may result in the horse being reported to the Head Office of the British Horseracing Authority.
An enquiry was held to consider the unruly behaviour of Second Collection (GB) which had been reluctant to go down to post.
Tony Carroll was interviewed and shown recordings of the incident.
As the mare had also been unruly on a number of previous occasions, the matter was referred to the Head Office of the British Horseracing Authority.
