Sun shines in Limerick opener
That was Jody's first ride for us so he has a 100% record and gave him a super ride. I'm delighted he won as he deserved the win and we decided to give him a break after his run the last day and he seems much better today.
Well-backed Cliff pleases his supporters
He'll mix it for the summer as he had very good form on the flat last year. I'd say he'd want an ease in the ground.
O'Brien well beaten in dead-heated hurdle bow
I'll be in Dundalk again on Wednesday and after that I might ride over jumps whenever we have a few runners. I will be back riding again on the Flat. it was very kind of Mrs Magnier to send me this horse after Charlie Swan finished training and I'm delighted to have him. He is a big raw horse who should improve in every aspect and showed great courage to get back to dead-heat. Nina gave him a fantastic ride but that was very very testing ground and it'll take him three or four weeks to get over it so I'm not sure when he will run next.
Bonny Limerick winner to step up to Grade 1
Ferbet impresses in Limerick feature
He is a very, very good jumper and has great scope. He doesn't get too high over his fences but is quick getting from A to B.
Ludo bounces back to his best
Impressive Charbel now two from two
I got a fright with a circuit to go but Patrick was very good to get him back on an even keel. If the race hasn't left a mark, he'll go to Punchestown for the Champion Bumper, if not he'll be left off.
