For two yrs old only that are EBF eligible and which have not won more than one race, and which had been purchased as yearlings or as two year olds at Public Auction under the hammer in Ireland or Great Britain for E60,000 or less (the first sale to govern the price if sold more than once)

Penalties - Winner of a race 5lb extra; (No penalty for the winner of an Auction Maiden or a Median Auction Maiden) Allowances (which are not cumulative) If purchased for not more than E40,000 allowed 3lb If purchased for not more than E20,000 allowed 6lb
