Her owner Charles (Flattery) is a breeder and she'll be for the breeding sheds. Charles is just down the road from me in Summerhill. . I'd say she'll go jumping now, as she jumps well. The Raceday Stewards interviewed Mr A.P. Ryan, rider of Late Vocation, concerning his use of the whip in the latter stages of this race of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who stated that his mount was hanging right all the way and he was trying to correct his mount but accepted he was in breach of the whip regulation. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that Mr. A.P.Ryan was in breach of Regulation 10.3(g) (frequency) and Regulation 10.3 (i) (time to respond). Having considered his record in this regard they suspended him for nine Racedays
