An enquiry was held into why two ground staff appeared to walk onto the track as the runners were turning into the home straight on the final circuit.
The Clerk of the Course and the Ground Staff were interviewed.
Having heard their evidence, the matter was forwarded to the Head Office of the British Horseracing Authority for further consideration.
