The gelding cantered loose for a short distance before being caught.
Having been examined by the Doctor and the Veterinary Surgeon, both the rider and horse were deemed fit to race.
An enquiry was held to consider interference half way between the second last and final hurdles involving Turtle Wars (FR), placed seventh, ridden by Charlotte Jones and Akarita Lights (IRE), placed fifth, ridden by Charlie Todd.
