An enquiry was held to consider interference inside the final furlong when Shareef Star (GB), placed second, ridden by Ryan Moore, hung left-handed, into the whip, causing Banditry (IRE), placed third, ridden by Jason Watson, to have to take a slight check and switch left.
Moore was cautioned for careless riding as he had allowed his horse to drift left without sufficient correction.

The Veterinary Officer reported that a post-race examination of HE’S AMAZING (IRE), found the gelding to have an irregular heartbeat.
