The Raceday Stewards fined Eugene M. O'Sullivan, trainer €65 for fitting cheek pieces to Carnet De Stage which had not been declared and ordered their removal
The Raceday Stewards interviewed S.D. Torrens, rider of Stealthy Tom, concerning his use of the whip in closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. S. D. Torrens accepted he was in breach and apologised for his actions. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Raceday Stewards found S. D. Torrens in breach of R.10.3(g)(Frequency) and having considered his record in this regard they suspended him for one raceday
