The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Foxrock, trained by Alan Fleming, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be blowing hard post race
The Stewards interviewed Mr P.W. Mullins, rider of On The Fringe, concerning his use of the whip in the latter stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Having viewed a recording of the race, considered the evidence and the report from the IHRB Veterinary Officer, the Stewards were of the opinion that Mr. P.W.
