Rocky Dreams wins Dundalk claimer for second year in a row
I only saw the result (from last year) and neither of them were mine at the time!. Once they came back, they have been holding their form to be fair and they have been very busy. Rocky probably not quite as much as he wouldn't be as sound or nimble as some of the others. To be fair, we probably claimed them at the wrong time. He's not quite as good on grass as well so I'm sure he will rock up here in the winter, so if someone takes him they can have a bit of fun.
Keanes strike with Mephisto
He's getting to like it (trip) now alright, it took us a long time to find it!. You think he is plenty fast enough for a mile and two at home, but this trip and the track seems to have made the difference. Fair play to the owners for persevering because if he had headed off somewhere, I wouldn't have held it against them. He has turned the corner now and he seems to love it here. He'll go back hurdling as well on good ground. We have a few options with him. He's a summer horse I'd say. He's having plenty of breaks between runs. We never let a horse pass him up the hill, we are only finding out about him now. He's sweet as a nut at the minute. If you work him at home and the other horse takes him on, he will sulk.
Range comes good for Scott
I'm thrilled. To be fair to him, he ran two good races up here but I think the last day made a man of him. He was just a bit more honest today. He gave him a great ride and he stuck his head out. We can give him a little break while the soft ground is there, but we will eventually go to the turf on decent ground.

Keane doubles up on Emeric
I wasn't surprised by that but he is just a work in progress. When I went to buy him a year ago, I said this is a real smart horse. He just wasn't right and never ran the way I said he'd run. He's just a different horse now. Worse case scenario, I should be well enough handicapped to come back here next winter. Ideally, we will go hurdling.
