FormscanBy John O'Riordan - Recent Galway Plate third ZANAHIYR looks to have been found an ideal opportunity to add to his tally over fences. A former graded winner over hurdles, the Gordon Elliott-trained gelding won his beginners chase at Thurles in February before being highly tried on subsequent outings. Returning to much calmer waters here, the seven-year-old can register a second career win over fences. Churchstonewarrior, a former Grade 2 winning novice chaser, is of definite interest on his stable debut for Cian Collins. The latter has made a hugely impressive start to his training career, doing especially well with cast offs from other yards. Saylavee is also worthy of consideration having shaped well when second at Galway on her latest start.

I thought we were very beatable first run back and to be honest I wasn’t going to run him only there was a very small entry.
