FormscanBy Tom Weekes - HORANTAU D'AIRY's chances are obvious having finished second to well-in Flooring Porter in last month's Kerry National, with the pair pulling clear of the remainder. Being a keen-goer, he had previously been kept to shorter distances but has settled better in recent times and stayed this distance well at Listowel. He is proven on soft ground and remains a little unexposed over staying distances. Grade 2 victor Favori De Champdou is likely to have been aimed at this race since his success in an April Grade 3 novice chase over today's course-and-distance, and is Gordon Elliott's first-string. Panda Boy was outclassed in April's Aintree National but had previously finished second in the Paddy Power Chase last Christmas.
