FormscanBy Alan Magee - AIRD was placed in a Curragh maiden last year for Kevin Prendergast and switched to Henry de Bromhead this season when going close in a Down Royal handicap over this trip that has worked out very well since. Hopefully she will handle this surface and gets the vote over Bloom Vega and Lilita. Bloom Vega made a promising debut when second to the smart Chemistry at the Curragh this spring and was again placed behind the progressive Not Just Any Eagle over course and distance last month. Lilita is probably best at around this trip and beat all bar Sidiza at Navan before again filling the runner-up spot over 1m4f here last time.
