His last two bits of work have been very good and he has had a few wind issues and lost his confidence a bit. Fingers crossed he goes on and we’ll probably see what the handicapper does but we could go on over fences now. The Stewards fined James Daniel Dullea, trainer, ?350 for lodging a passport in respect of Ballylibert, in which the vaccinations did not conform with the provisions of Rule 91. The Stewards allowed the horse to run on receipt of the trainer's written assurance that the vaccinations were in order. D.E. Mullins, rider of Dark Outsider trained by James Daniel Dullea, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount did not handle the ground. A.W. Short, rider of Rock On Bach trained by Ms. Alice Curran, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount was badly hampered at the first hurdle and never travelled thereafter. The Turf Club Veterinary Officer reported to the Stewards that Mindsmadeup trained by James G.Sheehan was found to have mucus following an endoscopic examination at the request of the trainer.
