Lyons takes opener with 20/1 shot
Thats our 13th two year old race we've won this year. We've a nice bunch of two year olds, we've given them plenty of time and they are showing on the track what they show us at home and they are improving all of the time. We will probably step him up to a winner's race next.
Casey Father/Son score at Naas
The ground was too soft for him at Tipperary the last day. He wants the ground like a rock and he needs to go on a straight track.
Rebel Aclaim wins for Cashman
She needed the run the last day she ran and that put her right. She is as tough as nails and she's very honest, she makes the job very easy. We will try and go back to Galway over 7 furlongs, the hill there should suit her. We will probably put her in foal next year.
Rogers records first winner of the season
He ran well enough the last day, he travelled well he just didn't get a clear run. We'll see what the handicapper does before we make any plans for him.
Lyons records double
He won twice as a two year old and the handicapper had a good hold of him after that. We knew that he was in good order and we ran the two horses here going for the good ground. Now that he's shown he gets 1 mile 2 furlongs it would be nice to see some of the jump lads taking an interest in him.
O'Brien/Heffernan in form at Naas
He took a little bit of time but he's coming together nicely now and hopefully he'll improve a bit more.
Foley records double
He's turned a corner at last and he didn't pull himself up when he got to the front this time. We will keep him for Galway now, he ran well there before . We always thought a lot of him but he went a bit astray on us but he's coming back to himself now.
