The Stewards enquired into the late arrival of Shore Step, trained by J.P. Murtagh into the parade ring for this race
Evidence was heard from Oleg Pereverzev, authorised representative of the trainer, who explained the circumstances surrounding the delay and apologised for this. Having considered the evidence, the Stewards were of the opinion that J.P. Murtagh was in breach of Rule 32(ii) in that he had failed to parade his charge a reasonable amount of time before the signal to mount was given and having considered his record, they caution the trainer on this on this occasion through his representative
