Punters Choose right in Fairyhouse opener
I'm delighted and I don't think anyone could begrudge him that. He made hard work of it. Adrian said he thought he was going to win easy but he made it hard for himself. I'm just happy he got the result. He might stick to hurdles for the minute but will definitely go back on the Flat at some stage. He could go to Punchestown if there is something suitable.
Bog wins War with the bookies
He's a grand little horse and is game out. I was going to go to Punchestown but thought he might not get in. If he's okay in the morning he'll get an entry for the opportunity race at Punchestown. They did a great job with the ground tonight. I walked it and it's genuine good ground and very safe.
Carnage continues in the Fairyhouse ring
It didn't appear the greatest of contests. It was hard work as they went off at a good pace and he struggled to lie up. He's no flying machine! They came back to him.
Cara takes the Oscar on chase debut
I'm delighted with that and he deserved to win on his hurdles form. There are plenty of little novice races during the summer. He's not over-big and we'll see where we go with him. He's had a lot of problems and it's been a big problem trying to keep him sound. He's nine but has only run ten times. Anytime we got him to the track he ran well but getting him there was the problem. If we can get a clear run with him he should be a bit of fun for the summer. We won't aim too high with him.
Conker proves hard to crack in beginners
It's just nice to win with her and she deserves it. I've no plans and we'll sit and have a think. The lads who own her love it and really get excited. She's a great animal for a syndicate as she's fun all the time and is always knocking on the door. She handles most type of ground except really bad heavy winter ground.
