Approximately 4 furlongs out, Indian Vision (IRE), placed eighth, shifted quickly left-handed causing Our Cilla (GB), placed seventh, to be tightened for room, but after viewing a recording of the incident, it was found that no riding offence was involved.
An enquiry was held to consider interference shortly after turning into the home straight when Jan De Heem (GB), placed fifth, ridden by Connor Murtagh, interfered with Reassurance (GB), which dead heated for first place, ridden by Ella McCain.
Being a 7lb claimer, McCain was offered the opportunity to have someone accompany her in the enquiry but declined.
Murtagh was cautioned for careless riding as he edged marginally left out from behind runners and in doing caused McCain’s mount to become slightly unbalanced.

Following the race, Tyler Heard reported that Bolt N Brown (GB), placed fourth, hung left-handed throughout.
Graham Lee reported that Indian Vision (IRE), placed eighth, ran flat.
