U S Navy Flag sires first winner
he actually needs six (furlongs), he was all over the place early on in the race but came home strong.
Success for Shark's Shadow on yard debut
in fairness I was told to buy him and he's not a dear horse. The boys that own him had Dime A Dozen with me and when I bought this horse, I put it up to them and they said go for it. It's a great start. My big plan is to go hurdling with him and I want to keep him a novice (for next season) - there's a four-year-old novice hurdle in Cork in three weeks time. I might also look at flat options and Billy (Lee) said he would stay two miles, so that gives me a lot of options in staying handicaps. There's a two miler on Irish Derby day that I won years ago with Truckers Delight and maybe he might end up there. Billy said he loves good ground. I haven't been here racing for four years and it could be another four years, you never know.

Big-priced win for Plezantlysurprised
I rode him previously over five (furlongs) and he was a little outpaced but his best form has been over six. There were cheekpieces equipped tonight, which definitely helped, and he jumped and travelled really well. He got his own way in front and kept up the gallop. At least he got his head in front and hopefully he can keep improving again, please God.
Finale win for front-running Flynns
we stepped her up in trip today and thought she would stay the distance. We weren't too sure about the surface but she seemed to like it. At Naas she just leaned left in the last bit and lost her momentum. We are delighted that she won there today and that's four winners for me now - I had three on Power Drive so that's my first different winner.
