Mitchouka has confidence back over fences
We have a lot of schooling done with him. He'd lost his confidence and Gordon (Elliott, previous trainer) and Keith Donoghue had both said that. In fairness to Donie McInerney he has done a hell of a lot of schooling with him. We bought him in October, gave him seven weeks off and had him ready for Leopardstown (Christmas) but he gave himself a bad enough over-reach and I couldn't run him. The main objective today was actually for a clear round of jumping and whatever happened after that happened. I'm delighted with him and he has a massive engine. I don't know where we go with him but I'm sure there'll be something coming up in the next few weeks. He goes to the beach once a week and if he stayed three miles, he'd be some horse over banks but he's probably too quick.
Flamingo's Court rewards owner's patience
We put the tack on right today and it stayed in one piece! I thought she'd get her head in front over fences before now as she is a good jumper. Bryan was good and positive on her and sent her at a few down the back and she jumped well. It's good for the Doctor (Andrew Heffernan) as she got a tendon injury last year and he had the patience to keep her. He had thought about selling her or going down the breeding route but luckily he put her back into training and she has stayed sound so far. The two mile division is generally weaker than the staying division at this level and if we stick to two she might win again. She is in at Naas on Saturday in a Listed race. She is unlikely to run but if there were only a couple being declared she might run to get black-type.
Consistent Whatsnotoknow opens his account
He had a cracking run in the Landrover Bumper at Punchestown and he hadn't run a bad race. He'll make a nice chaser.
Morris doubles up as Dynamite strikes in feature
He's a big baby. He's not a thief and we put the cheek-pieces on to get his mind concentrated.

Cahirdown Boy appreciates sounder surface
He wanted a bit of better ground; I ran him at Limerick and the ground was terrible and it was a mistake to run him - it's a mistake I won't make again with him. Today was the best he has jumped and he has been improving a bit. The nicer ground and the step up in trip helped and I think he could keep going for the summer.
Favori De Champdou opens account under Vaughan
He is a grand honest horse and probably liked that bit of alright ground as well and we'll have a bit of fun with him now. He'll go jumping next season.
