Bogini continues to do O'Callaghan proud
She probably kept a little bit to herself there but she's improving all the time. The plan at the start of the year was to aim for the Rockingham and hopefully we'll get there safe and sound. The handicapper will probably hammer her for that so we'll take our chance tomorrow (at Bellewstown) with a 6Ib penalty. She likes the routine at home and she's fairly straight-forward. It was the dead side of good there and I was afraid it would be too quick for her. She won on fairly soft ground in England but she obviously goes on that too.
Flying The Flag keeps up the family honour
He was as green as grass and he's done well to win considering.
'Kate Moss' eats up the ground to score
She did it well. I call her Kate Moss at home as she doesn't eat much. She's learning as she goes along . she was very stupid the first day.
49/1 double for 'Dusty' Foley
He's been busy and I thought it (a win) might happen for him a few weeks ago. He's due this, he's been knocking on the door and this is reward for his consistency. He was just touched off over a mile here a few weeks ago. He slipped in the ratings but he needed to. We put the blinkers back on him and he likes Leopardstown. I know he's only won here once but he's been placed a few times.
Sales could beckon for tough Kedleston
He's a tough little horse and he's in the sales (Tattersalls July Sale) next week. (GC & EM)
Salam a stayer of note
He'll step up in trip and he's not a bad type of horse.
