Professional performance from Nicest on debut
O'Brien & Ryan quickly double-up with Fernando
Shona wins again & now has Gowran in her sights
You would have to be delighted with her. She was just collared close home at Limerick the last day but has won two now. She's owned by Pat and Bridie Harty, and that will be a nice tonic for Bridie who is not too well at the moment.
Dark Magic strikes again for Levins & O'Connor
Donagh kept it very simple. He got a nice position, got him into a nice rhythm and he kept going all the way to the line.
Munfallet scores again for the Coakleys
He’s a great horse and that’s nine races in total he’s won and three for us. He’s still as energetic as ever and it’s great to get that.
Bolleville takes Listed honours on Irish debut
Shane said he was always happy with her. She travelled great and he said she kept quickening all the way to the line. She loved the ground and it's a while since she ran so she can only improve again off it. Today was basically a finding out mission and she's done it nicely so she could be very useful. Shane and Declan (McDonogh) share most of the rides but Eddie is a big part of the team and it's unfortunate that he's missed out on this. Shane switched onto her after Raise You (change in going) was taken out and he's given her a lovely ride. She's by Camelot so she's going to be a valuable broodmare one day. Hopefully she has a good future before that.
Leg shakes off well-backed Mr Mooj
He always looked like he wanted to step up in trip. He'd been running very well over a mile and two. Mikey Sheehy gave him a lovely ride and everything was very straight forward and he got a great run through. He has a nice big frame and hopefully he'll progress, he should do physically.
Scathach is a Lady on a roll
She's improving no end at the minute and she quickened up really well. She did a few bits of work early in the year like that and then she flattened off a bit but she's improving now with every run. She won over a mile on soft ground at Navan the last day, and today it was seven on good ground. She was galloping all over them a furlong down.
