Well-backed Feather lands Clonmel opener
It was a soft enough race and it was grand to get it. Hopefully he'll get a bit of confidence from that and go on. He ran well and then lost his way a little bit and lost his confidence and then he was nearly brought down at Ballinrobe the last day and we weren't at the races that day. Jody said it rode a messy sort of race and they went ten different gallops and were quickening and slowing and racing in different places. On ratings he seemed to be the best horse in the race and lucky enough he has come out the right side of it.

Well-bred Princetonian gets valuable brackets
She has been unlucky but she has got her win now over hurdles. She ran into more horses in bumpers but they have been great at persevering and this is brilliant. She'll go for one of those Listed mares' novices next because she'll only have another two or three more runs and then she'll head off to stud. She was bought to breed from and is Rock On Ruby's full-sister so is valuable enough!. Darragh is now two wins from three rides for me.
O'Keeffe grabs quick double on 20/1 shot Nellie
She tried to do everything wrong and somehow we won. She hasn't been very genuine and I thought she'd have run much better in her last two handicaps. Blinkers kept making her mind up so it's great. I told Darragh to be positive and try and do something different today but she got taken on and dropped back. To come again and beat a nice horse means there's something there but blinkers did everything today and straightened her out.
Drago completes quick hat-trick
He never really travelled that well. I took the cheek-pieces off him because he travelled too strong the last day - he didn't seem to travel that well today and flattened the last two but got the job done anyway. That ground was plenty quick for him and he can run away over the winter. I had to run him off his 116 mark and I knew there would be a small field so it's great he won.

Kerry holds on to land bumper for Mullins'
she is a brave filly and got racing from a long way out and was very gutsy to maintain her stride the whole way up to the winning line. The second horse was giving her a fair test of it. We might go for a maiden hurdle next or else possibly go for a Listed mares' bumper at Gowran. She isn't the biggest but has a big heart.
