Allowances - (which are not cumulative) if purchased for not more than 12,000 guineas allowed 3lb; if purchased for not more than 9,000 guineas allowed 6lb; if purchased for not more than 6,000 guineas allowed 9lb; if purchased for not more than 3,000 guineas allowed 12lb
