Kaiya Fraser, the rider of the winner, Fiscal Policy (IRE), had appeared to use his whip contrary to the Conditions of the race.
After being interviewed and shown recordings of the incident, Fraser was suspended for 7 days for improper riding.
Fraser was accompanied in the enquiry by a BHA Jockey Coach.
Following the race, Owen Lewis reported that Profit Given (IRE), placed fifth, was never travelling.
