Chicago makes all in grand style
He was rated 105 on the flat. The change in tactics seemed to help, he seemed to enjoy it out in front. He had a very good run at Listowel when he didn't jump a hurdle, but then he was very disappointing at Gowran when he stuck his head in the air for some reason. He'll go for a novice now and we might go back on the flat at some stage.
Romantic Fashion wins in Limerick again
Mikey couldn't have ridden her any better. He gave her a breather at the right time. She's very game and consistent, but is also very lazy and has to be ridden every minute of the race. She likes this ground and will stay further and we'll keep her going through the winter.
McCain sponsor chips in with Limerick win
today was the plan with Federici but I'm shell-shocked it came off as, normally, things like this never happen to nice people like us!
Regally priced Carrow Queen on the money
The price doesn't matter to us!.
Byerley Babe gets off the mark over fences
she is a nice, classy mare and we'll try and pick off as many races as we can with her and try to keep her in mares' company; she jumps great.
Jupitor ploughs through the mud
All credit to Mikey Fogarty who said he was going to have to make use of his jumping. He was adamant he was going to do it his own way. He is a really big part of the team and he deserves all the credit for this. Today was the plan. We were worried it might come a bit soon after the last day. He stays, jumps and likes soft ground. We'll see what Noel [O'Brien, handicapper] does with him. We might aim him at a novice handicap at Navan that Panther Claw won last year.
Lord Adare much too good in the bumper
