Murtagh & Oxx back in the number one
That looked a good maiden - a nice race. She is by Sinndar which gives her the stamina but she is out of a Cadeaux Genereux mare who was a seven furlong filly. We don't have a strong programme here for the likes of her but the Salsabil Stakes at Navan in 3 weeks time is an option. We got a rush of blood and entered her for the Guineas and Oaks lately and that doesn't look too stupid now.
Dunboyne takes care of business at Leopardstown
That was a satisfactory performance. He did it well but it would have been nice if the other horse had run (Cocozza). That wasn't to be though. The run should bring him on a good bit and the run of Masterofhounds (had form with Dunboyne Express as a two-year-old and 2nd at Meydan) yesterday was no harm.

Dane gets Sammy off the mark
Haziyna makes it two for Currabeg
She'll get hammered for that! We'll see what the handicapper does now and we'll go for another handicap. We liked her last year but she ran very ordinary. She'll probably improve over time and she liked that ground which all horses apart from mudlarks would like. I was counting the pounds that she'd get coming up the straight.
Best Hello a name to remember
This fellow has the makings of a proper horse. He's a really likeable type and they went a good gallop and he picked up well. He has the makings of a smashing staying type and he did it the hard way. The ground was quick enough and he'd be better on slower ground. He worked well as a two-year-old and we've always liked him. He'll go to Gowran now for a mile and a half conditions race and then on to the Gallinule Stakes.
