Coill Avon benefits from experience
He's done it nicely and he's after stepping up from his run in Navan (when second). He did it all wrong in Navan and is very immature. He was fly-leaping and leaning off the rail but in fairness to him he had to do it the hard way there. That has stood to him today and he appreciated that ground. We've always liked him and when the penny drops mentally he will be a nice horse. We've always thought he was a stakes horse and being by Kingman you don't know how high he can go. He's done what we thought he should have done a bit earlier. We'll give him plenty of time and he'll be a nice horse.
Thunder Beauty shows plenty of ability in Curragh
We seem to have a nice bunch of two-year-olds, particularly fillies, and she had been showing up well in the past three or four weeks,. In the spring she was showing a lot of pace but just got a little bit of a setback. She had a problem with her wither and needed a bit of time. She's from a staying German family and, as Billy said there, it might not have been any harm that she had an enforced break for a while. The last three weeks she's been working nicely. We thought she'd run well but you just don't know for sure. We hope she's stakes class and she's by a very good sire. She has a very professional way of doing it and she went to the line strongly so I'd say seven (furlongs) should be fine. She's in the new Ballyhane race (at Naas) and that might be where she goes now.

Rayounpour shows them clean pair of heels
He's a grand horse and I thought Adam (Farragher) gave him a lovely ride, he's good value for his 7lb. He likes racing handy. He's not over big and just likes a bit of space. It was either here or go to Galway, and we thought here might suit him better. There wouldn't be as much hustle and bustle as there would be in Galway. He's obviously improving and these families take a while to mature. It's nice to win a good pot with him again.
Kane gets tune out of Trueba
That's great for Nikita. I thought it was an ideal race as he probably didn't get home over a mile the last day. A stiff six or an easy seven if probably ideal. We have him there for Nikita now as he doesn't seem to go for any of the rest of the lads. She rides him out most days and told me he was flying. He had a good draw and it just worked well. He's always been a horse that worked well, he's rated 66 now and he'll be there for her until the end of the year. Hopefully she can get another winner on him. She works very hard and wants to be a jockey. It's tough for the girls here, but she's doing a good job with the opportunities she's getting, she probably doesn't get enough.
Foley earns plaudits for ride on Not Now Zeb
Some people thought he was lucky in Navan. The kid (Joey Sheridan) rode him well in Navan, took his time and came late. He's a nice horse. Since Navan they were telling me in the yard that he was improving every day, I was hopeful rather than confident. He only got 5lb for Navan, he couldn't really give him much more. He got a great ride today from a man that is riding like a man possessed. He knows where the lollipop is!. We'll see if we can get another handicap for him. He needs six and I'd say that's his ground, the slow side of good.
Lee seals double on 150/1 outsider Chocquinto
She works really well. I've never had something as fast as her at home. She didn't run as a two-year-old and is essentially only in training since early spring. She ran very green the first two times. Today was such a good race and there were so many in it. I thought she was capable of winning a maiden, but it's a little bit of a surprise obviously as she was 150/1. It's great because the owner is local. We'll all be drinking champagne tonight!. My first ever winner was here in the Curragh in 2011 and I thought I'd never get another winner here so I'm delighted. Billy was unreal on her, he gave her an exceptional ride. We were going to see what happened today and then make up our minds about a plan. We can go anywhere now. This is exactly her trip, five is the minimum maybe on nice ground at worse. She seems alright, she has loads of speed, so hopefully we could maybe go up and get some black-type. We'll enjoy this anyway.
Levins has big plans for Nordic Passage
That was brilliant. It was very unfortunate last week the way the Scurry panned out, unfortunately the high draw for him was a very bad draw as he was left upsides in front and ran with the choke out,. He's learning about sprinting, and we were adamant about dropping him back to five. I told Donagh going out 'you're on the best horse, give him an amount of time and see if he can quicken from the two pole to line. If he wins doing that then we are right in what we thought'. He did that and was half speeding. Donagh was very confident on him. I'm looking forward to him next year. I think I might work back from the Wokingham him.
