Snow Falcon wins for Meade and Fox
That'll do the horse and jockey the world of good. He just stays and stays and ground it out. I'd say three miles will be right up his alley. We'll continue over hurdles with him. He's rated highly and will have to run in conditions hurdles. His jumping is still not brilliant and hopefully it will get better as he goes along. He's not a huge scopey horse so we'll stay hurdling and see where he goes. There is the race at Navan but Monksland might run in that and they have the same owner. We'll be looking for something long as two-and-a-half is his minimum. He'll get an entry in the Grade One at Christmas and we'll see what happens. He goes that gallop well but he just doesn't pick up much.
Heskin full of praise for Velvet Maker
He travels down to a fence and he'd give you the feel of a real good one which we think he is. So hopefully he can go on from this. Hugely impressive. He's quite a keen goer. The lads at home have done a fabulous job with him. His schooling was spot on coming here today. We couldn't really pick any holes in him and he did himself justice. He was able to dictate away there. On his first run today he was just a big gassy. The better the race the more he'll settle. Possibly next year he might get further. I'd say for this season when he is so enthusiastic two miles is enough for him. We're very happy with him. Adrian said he had loads of horse at the finish and he was very happy. He jumped a little high but he'll come down no problem. We think he's a proper two mile horse as he has loads and loads of pace. If his jumping gets a little slicker he'll be a right horse. He looks like he does things easily but he actually puts a lot into it so we'll let him tell us when he's ready to go again. There are a few options for him ahead of Christmas.
Fleming doubles up with All You Need
She was probably a little bit weak and we were riding her wrong last season,. In Navan we made more use of here and gave her more light. David Mullins rode her that day and said it was the way to ride her from then on. She had been bitterly disappointing in Thurles. Upping her in trip and a bit of softer ground will do her good and she could be nice in the future.
Meyler brings up double on Mrs Mac Veale
Loughaderra Prince gives Fleming a treble
He looks a decent horse. I'm not sure what Barry (Connell) wants to do with him, whether he'll go hurdling or not.
