Upsie gives Mullins quick double
Jumping is not her forte. We've done a fair bit with her. Obviously she has lots of ability and if we could just improve her jumping she'd be very very decent. She is decent but her jumping lets her down.
Mullins four out of four so far
Real Steel delivers powerful hurdle win
he's a fine horse but needs to learn to settle; he got a little bit hot before coming into the parade ring but hasn't done that at home and is a gentle giant. He is a real future chaser, probably over two miles rather than further and hopefully more racing will help settle him down. We'll take our time with him and might wait for a winners' of one race in the new year next.
Coolmill and Holly land nice pot
He's tough and he handles any ground. We'll wait and see how he comes out of this race.
Townend completes Cork treble
he came alive at the fourth last fence and I left him move on and his experience told. He idled on the way to the last but it was just a matter of getting to over it.
Townend's four-timer at his local track
7-up for mighty Mullins
He had been working very well and I'd say he's a good horse. He was recommended to us from Ian Ferguson's in the north. It's great to have a winner for this owner. I think it's his first horse with us. We were going to go hurdling with him, but he was working so well we went for a winners' bumper.
