Celestial Horizon another for Joseph
I'm sure he'll go for the Galway Hurdle now - it is the obvious place for him. They have done a fantastic job with watering the ground and he appreciated it. He won really well. He ran very well in Fairyhouse, at the Easter festival there, and this race was the plan since then. His jumping was a bit sticky still but it was a good performance from him and I think he's a nice horse. I think we'll look at the summer festivals with him, Galway and Listowel, and see where we end up.
Max Flamingo a cosy winner for Casey
I was very happy with him, he is improving the whole time. In the National he was the unlucky horse and had no race at all. He got boxed in and in fairness to Denis (O'Regan, previous jockey) he tried to get him jumping into it but kept jumping into the back of horses. He never got a breather and ran a remarkable race under the circumstances. Jack (Kennedy) says he would win a Grade 2 but whether or not he'd go for a Grade 1 I don't know. He said he'd love to ride him in the Galway Plate but that's another day so we'll see. Denis said he'd win a Munster National or maybe the Irish National next year. He came home from the Irish National and didn't blow in the yard and put on 25 kilos since. He's hot property at the moment but needs a month's break.
Kennedy doubles up on Say Goodbye
Stealthy Tom a well-backed winner
Horses for courses and he got a lovely ride from Shane. He is a half-brother to Gilgamboa so didn't pick it up off the side of the road! . Hopefully he'll come back here in July but banks' racing will be his job down the road with obviously Punchestown next year a target.
Lipa K lands a touch for Eoin McCarthy
We have loved this horse and when we took him away to work on grass I was two days trying to sleep after it. We knew he was very good last January and we have minded him as he is only a baby. He is a good horse and I think he will be sold now, but hopefully to stay in the yard. I'd love to keep a horse like him in my yard.
