Approximately half a furlong out, Mundersfield (GB), placed second, edged left-handed taking Knight Commander (GB), placed fourth, marginally off its intended line.
As a consequence, Knight Commander (GB) had to be switched left-handed off the heels of Galitello (GB) and in doing so caused Isle Of Avalon (IRE), placed fifth, to shy away momentarily.
After viewing a recording of the incident, it was found that it neither involved a riding offence nor improved the placing of any horse.
Following the race, Hollie Doyle reported that Knight Commander (GB), placed fourth, was denied a clear run.
