Dirty Den cleans out punters
I always thought he was capable of that but after the last run I said this was his last chance. We'll keep him to smaller tracks now.
Blue routs the opposition
I'd have been happier if she hadn't won by as far but it wouldn't have been the greatest of races. My neighbour Tom Donohue owns her, and we'll go for a handy race somewhere. We'll stay away from Galway.
Aon Sceal provides fairytale story
He disappointed on soft ground over the winter, and I couldn't believe the change in him on good ground. He showed a lot of greenness when second at Ballinrobe earlier this year and then he kind of got away a bit at Cork last time. We knew he'd run well if we could get him to settle. He may go to Galway as he'd like the tight track, and could go for a handicap hurdle later in the week.
Consort delights Palussiere
This horse means a lot to me as he was my first winner (on the Flat at Limerick in April 2008). He's so clever and minds himself. Things didn't go right a few times for him but everything went right today and Eddie gave him a great ride. He did it well and I'm thrilled with him. He's owned by my wife Liz, and will go next for either a handicap chase or a hurdle.
Another Weld makes his mark
It's my first year in new premises near Aughrim, and I have four in training at the moment. He was unlucky at Tipperary last Sunday but gained compensation here today.
Onzo proves too big for rivals
I'm delighted for the owners (Budi Beag Partnership) who are from Swords. I have a happy and healthy bunch of horses at the moment and long may it continue. Eddie gave him a great ride, and hopefully he'll pick up another handicap.
No stopping Me Now
She is a bit of a madam and we've tried everything with her. I'm delighted she's won for the lads (Glafy Syndicate from Derry). She's in a hurdle at Galway as there's no three mile chase for her, and she'll go there if she's fresh. She either wins on the bridle or she won't do it at all.
Ginger proves magic in bumper
I'm absolutely delighted with that. She lost her way at Limerick last time and it was probably down to the extra half mile there. She'll go for a maiden hurdle next if she is not sold in the meantime. She is owned by my neighbour Marian Barnwell.
