Third time lucky for Home School
He done it well and the step up in trip was a big help. The ground is on the fast side of good. Additional reporting by Alan Magee
Letter delivers for Shanahan & O'Shea
She finally did what I thought she was capable of.She works seriously well at home but she had been disappointing up until now.Her head is probably just coming right. The winner cost $30,000 US Dollars at Keeneland in September of last year and she is half-sister to London Bridge who won his last three for Jo Hughes in the UK. She is also out of a half-sister to Magical Fantasy who won four times at the highest level in America. Additional reporting by Alan Magee
Gamble landed as Angela's makes all
She is tough out and wants every yard of the trip. It's a good front runners track and I said to Colin, if she allows you, jump out and make it.
Maundy & King in the Money again
He has been knocking on the door all year and it was sticky ground the last day on probably his only bad run.He deserved that and I can't retire him as he loves it so much.On his day he is good, and he will go up a few pounds for that but we will head on to Killarney and Galway with him now. Belle de Crecy eases to maiden success
She came up against some good fillies on her last two runs. Andrew (Andrew Tinkler, winning owner) likes her and she is a well bred filly. She came into this on a mark of 81 which I didn't think was too bad, and hopefully she can win a fillies handicap. She is a bit fizzy but she maybe able to stay a mile and a half by the end of the year. Lenebane Airgead goes to Bolger & Cleary
She travelled great for me all the way and I got a lovely split at the right time. She put the race to bed fairly quickly. Additional reporting by Alan Magee
Juara & Egan get up to deny Dave
She just keeps galloping and I said to John to be as handy as you can on her. The last day at Leopardstown she got done for a bit of toe but was staying on again at the finish and she wants a mile and a half plus.
