Darasal takes the second for Deegan & Supple
Outsider of the field Cheval springs a surprise
I thought she would win. I wouldn't mind her last run. She loves soft ground. Danny (Grant) gave her plenty of cover and she will run next at Listowel if the ground is soft.

Youmzain's full sister Spontaneous does it well
Shot completes his hat-trick of wins
We were worried about the depth of the ground being an issue today, but Declan (Bates) kept him out good and wide on the best ground. He will go for a 0-116 rated race next but he might lack a bit of class. Listowel is a possible but he was tired after that and we will just have to wait and see.
Bovary relishes the testing conditions
We hadn't a clue coming here today where she would like the ground, as all her runs have come on either good or good to firm ground. I spoke to her owners earlier and they said her dam Saraemma had won on soft ground, so that gave us hope. Jamie gave her a brilliant ride, he stayed wide. He though himself that he got there a bit too soon. She is a decent mare and will make a lovely broodmare for her owners. Hopefully we can get some black type for her now.
Impressive win for Sands Cove in the last
We got him last May or June at the Doncaster Sales. He has never come off the bridle at home but this was his first time on grass. He will go for a winners bumper next if he is not sold. He is the best horse I have trained.
