Great Oak in great form at Tramore
I knew yesterday she was on form. I ride her out myself every morning and that's how she's so fit!. She'll go for a conditions chase at Galway and then on to Listowel. She's been very unlucky. She was the first horse beaten a nose when that distance was brought in [Listowel bumper September 2011]. Adrienne gave her a great ride. Katie Walsh was due to ride her, but when Willie put his in she had to ride it.

Quench The Flame handles heavy ground best
It's nice to have a winner for a very patient owner (Herb M Stanley). We've been waiting nearly two years for that. He just handled the ground better than the others. They needed faster ground. It did get very scary at the end.
Curtis at the double with Hartside
He deserved to win a race like that. I'm surprised the way he handled the ground. He jumps great and is a horse with a future over jumps.

Lord is Sweet over Tramore obstacles
He seems very well suited to that game. It was a very sharp performance for a horse first time out over fences. He will probably go for a winners race now at either Listowel or Killarney. He wants further but he is a natural jumper and it was a good performance first time over fences.
