He loves that soft ground and while chasing is his game, it took us a long time to get him right. He might have another run over hurdles if he's not punished too hard,. Hopefully he'll be alright in the morning, he's a good stayer and long-term, a race like the Cork National would be something to aim for.

I'm freelance and ride out for Willie Mullins, Gordon Elliott, Shay Barry and Enda Bolger. He is a very nice horse and only did what he had to do and it's great to get this win on the board. The reason I turned (professional) was because most of my rides were over hurdles and there were more opportunities over jumps for me. I had nothing to lose and also had the support of a few of our own horses at home. He needed time and came back very sick after Leopardstown. He's a big horse - 17 hands, and Katie gave him a super ride. He might go to the sales but I hope not.
