F. Lynch, rider of Sylvan Mist, trained by Edward Lynam, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount ran too free. The Turf Club Veterinary Officer examined Sylvan Mist, trained by Edward Lynam, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be clinically abnormal post race.
